One Vine Lane’s Policies

One Vine Lane does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me via email if you have any problems with your order. Some exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me via email for inquiries. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please contact me at OneVineLane@gmail.com within three days of receipt of item.

All orders will ship within 3-10 business days of receipt of payment, depending on order volume. Business days are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm PST, and exclude federal holidays. Orders will be shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided to you. One Vine Lane is not responsible for your package once it is in the possession of USPS for shipment. You will need to contact USPS directly for inquiries regarding your package.

Cutter Materials and Care
Cutters are magnetic and are made of PLA, a biodegradable and biocompatible plastic. Please do not bend cutters and please remember, magnets stick to cutters but cutters will not function as magnets. Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, please allow for slight variations or minor imperfections. These will not negatively impact the functionality of the cutters. To clean cutters, wash gently under soapy warm water and immediately hand-dry to avoid rusting. Do not let cutters soak in water. Cutters are not safe in the dishwasher or oven. Do not leave in direct sunlight. 

One Vine Lane is not currently accepting orders for custom clay cutters. Check back in the future!
